The Picture in the Paper badges were design by LOW PROFILE specifically for the project. LOW PROFILE are no strangers to the use of badges in their practice, recent projects include DRUMROLL and LOYAL, often employing them as a way to thank participants or signify a contribution.

Throughout Picture in the Paper everyone who participated received a badge regardless of whether they were in a photo shoot or volunteering. The badges have been used as a way to thank everyone for coming together to make Picture in the Paper happen, but more than that they are the beginning of a new group.
