Definition: Individuals based in Bath working as professional chefs
Reasons for selecting: Bath is full of many different cafes, pubs and restaurants, catering to lots of different appetites. Chefs are normally hidden from the public eye and rarely receive direct recognition for their hard work. We are excited to meet the wide variety of people who work in the kitchens of the city to provide sustenance for its residents and visitors.
As part of their project ‘Picture in the Paper’, artists LOW PROFILE searched for all of the people in Bath who worked as professional chefs to make a professional photographic portrait of as many people in this group as possible.
