Group: Scout and Guide Leaders
Definition: Individuals based in Bath who volunteer their time to act as Brownie, Cub, Guide or Scout leaders.
Reasons for selecting: The Scout and Guide movement is entirely dependent on volunteers who give up their time to make a difference to young peoples lives – offering members practical skills, social activities and adventures. As one of the largest and most long-lived worldwide youth movements relies on the continued dedication of its leaders, we would like to recognise the commitment of this group to providing constructive activities for young people in their communities.
